RETURNS

If you would like to return an item, please fill out the contact form and let us know. We will happily refund the full cost of the item, however, customers will be responsible for shipping charges. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be in new condition, with no visible damage. We will not be able to issue a refund if the item is returned damaged. If your item was damaged upon arrival to the customer, please refer to the "Damaged Items" policy below. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 7-10 days after the date of processing. Most returns will process within 2-3 weeks.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders are packed carefully to ensure a safe delivery. However, if your packages arrived with any damage to your book(s), please take photos of the damage, fill out the contact form and we will email you back as soon as possible - at which point we will request photos of the damage. If your order is indeed damaged, we will gladly replace your item at no additional cost.

 

CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER CHANGES

If you would like to cancel your order, or make any changes to an existing order, please notify us via the contact form within 24 hours. Once orders have been shipped, we will be unable to modify or cancel an order.
